本商品為羊毛氈製作，外層羊毛表面採用特殊工法與保護膠，使商品增加''防潑水''的效果，解決一般羊毛氈商品使用後所產生的起毛球的問題。

1.本商品均為純手工製作，故每件商品製作出的色澤、線條、精確尺寸及整體呈現均有不同變化且獨一無二，無法同照片樣本一模一樣，若客戶端能體諒且理解者再行下標，完美主義者請勿下標，謝謝 ！）

2.如何訂購：

本商品均為手工製造且工序繁複，商品若無現貨者，則需下訂付款後現點現做，若有任何疑問下訂前請私訊溝通詢問，現點現做款於完成付款後開始製作，製作時間約為10-14工作日 (若急需商品者，可私訊另議，請勿直接下單，謝謝!! )

3.售後服務：

1.零錢包系列商品，於下訂出貨會一併附上"包手作羊毛氈保固書"，本系列產品均享有180日曆天保固服務(商品更換維修處不含拉鍊處)。

2.此商品可另於包手作羊毛氈官網另購商品保護膠，並於光亮度減退時適時塗抹。

3.本商品均為接單訂製,下訂後恕不接受退款&出貨後不接受退換 若收貨3日曆天內，發現重大瑕疵商品表面問題可私訊本店溝通，經本店斷明方可換貨。

2. How to Order

All products are handmade with complex processes.

If the item is not in stock, production will begin after payment is completed.

3. After-Sales Service

For coin purse series products, a warranty card will be included upon shipment.

These items come with a 180-day warranty (excluding zipper repairs).

You may purchase an additional protective coating from our official website and reapply it when the surface gloss fades.
